CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mark’s 50 years career includes senior financial and strategic C-Suite leadership positions with international, domestic, large and small public and private companies, including early stage and troubled businesses. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including oilfield services, electrical utilities, home building, refined sugar, communications, logistics/distribution, canned seafood products, check printing, entertainment, newspapers and direct marketing. He has been responsible for finance, treasury and accounting activities of companies and subsidiaries in more than fifty countries. He has participated in raising, arranging and placing more than USD 2.0 Billion in multi-currency debt and equity capital. He has lived and worked 10+ years in Mexico, Spain, Brazil and Argentina and is fluent in Spanish.
Highlighted Accompishments
- CFO of Mexican private oilfield services company, where he raised more than $550 million in Term Debt for general corporate purposes and Euro Debt for export trade credit vessel construction financing in Holland with Atradius credit protection and prepared the first-time issuer for a Rule 144A/Reg S Bond Offering.
- Managing Director and CFO for the once largest public domestic marketer and refiner of sugar in the U.S. with annual revenues of approximately $2.0 billion, where he led the company into, through and out of Chapter 11 in seven months, converting $250 million of subordinated debt to equity, terming out $250 million of bank debt and refinancing $110 million of securitized receivables.
- CFO for public global distributor of wireless phones and related products where he helped the company grow from under $1.0 billion in revenues to approximately $2.5 billion for operations in approximately 20 countries, completing a $150 million 144a convertible debt financing, raising $45 million in new bank debt and securing protection through NDF’s for $100 million FX exposure in Brazil.
- CFO for canned seafood products company with annual revenues of approximately $300 million under the brand Chicken of the Sea where he helped restore the company to profitability, refinanced its bank debt, pursued acquisitions in Europe, Africa and Australia and prepared the company for sale.

ROMEO PULIKKATHARA
CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Mr. Pulikkathara is MLH-Holdco’s Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Pulikkathara 25+ years in Strategic planning, Development, Operations and Delivery of IT systems.
Mr. Pulikkathara pervious assignment was the Project Manager of a multi-year and multi-billion-dollar program for the United States Air Force (USAF) Cyber Command. He oversaw the Cryptologic Security acquisitions in the Joint Program with the United States Air Force, United States Navy and other government agencies.
Prior to Mr. Pulikkathara assignment with the USAF, he was the Senior Instructor for Course Development at the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and administered the Great Power Competition. This program was the largest of its kind for the Joint Special Operations Command. The participants included: United States State Department, Interagency groups, and The United States: Africa, Pacific, European Commands.
While assigned to the US Army as a Commanding Officer: Mr. Pulikkathara worked at Chevron Corporation. At Chevron Mr. Pulikkathara managed and directed IT suppliers for the delivery of IT functions to the Corporation.
Mr. Pulikkathara developed reporting tools that were to the Senior and Executive Staff. These management tools were in excess of 1.5 Billion USD for the IT Supply Chain.

JOHN AUTENREITH
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Mr. Autenreith, managed commercial and government contracts in the areas of energy, technology, manufacturers services, transportation, logistics, and security.
Mr. Autenreith comes to MLH-Holdco LLC after serving as Sterling Integrated Solutions, LLC’s Vice President
At SIS Mr. Autenreith assisted in SIS’s first prime-contract award in 2010 with the Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Agency in the area of Special Operations for security and medical training essentially beginning the company’s business opportunities with the Federal government. He oversaw the contracts of security of moving information technology and assets of USD 5 Billion.
Prior to SIS, Mr. Autenreith oversaw Black & Veatch’s / USAID Kandahar Helmand Power Project (KHPP) as a Country Manager.
Mr. Autenreith was responsible for the procurement of infrastructure and logistics contracts that included power generation, fuel, security and air transportation. Under Autenreith’s leadership, he directed major training and implementations of the Afghan Personal Protection Force. (APPF). This project was the 1st of its kind in the world for the United States Government to allow a Foreign Government’s Armed Force to be under the Direct Authority of a non-government / state authority. Mr. Autenreith leadership paved the way for the successful transition of security to the physical Kajaki Dam and area transitions for Farah, Ghazni, Herat, Kandahar and Helmand Provinces. The KHPP helped contribute to the U.S. government civilian-military cooperation on counterinsurgency and ultimately helped the Afghan Government.
Preceding Black & Veatch, Mr. Autenreith was a Mid East Director in IRAQ for the The Khudairi Group. Mr. Autenreith oversaw all procurement, operations, security and logistical support for The Khudairi Group Programs in Iraq. The Khudairi Group was the local host nation partner with Haliburton / Kellogg, Brown, and Root (KBR Government Division) and John Deere Mid East distributor.
Mr. Autenreith oversaw the Heavy Equipment Armored Program with the Marine Corps Systems Command and provided successful delivery and training the USMC.
He oversaw the KBR partnership for the local worker initiative on the Logistical Program (LOGCAP) for the Department of Defense and other projects.
